I am currently completing my PhD in Genetics and Molecular Biology and I am actively searching for roles. One of the positions I am interested in is MSL. Unfortunately, all of my applications have been rejected.
Background:
*I do not have any pharmaceutical experience
*MSc and BSc in Biochemistry
*Solid background in mechanisms of disease and scientific research communication

While I understand that my lack of experience in Pharmaceuticals might be a hindrance, is there anything I can do to bridge this?
