Just moved into a new home and one of the toilets is constantly running into the bowl (not filling the tank). I turned the water off for a few hours and the tank didn’t look lower nor did it fill once turned back on. I thought it’d be the flap but if it’s not leaking/running when the water is turned off I’m not sure what it could be
