In the final battle with Scion only Prarahumans answer the initial call. With the end of the world at stack they didn't enlist ANY unpowered? Your telling me there wouldn't be hundreds if not thousands of combat medics and other first responder/military people who would assist in the fighting? Pick up a tinker weapon or willing let labrat give them some sort of strength?

Even the act of dragging a parahuman through portal into a hospital would help and people would be willing to make that risk. Idk seems like a no brainer when the world is about to end.
