Help! Creative ideas needed to sell townhouse.
Hi friends and neighbors!
Anyone have any ideas of where I could advertise our townhouse for sale? The market (and world in general) is a little crazy right now so we could really use some help. Of course, our realtor is working her magic, I’m just trying to do a little extra on my own.
It’s on University and Dobson on a quiet little dead end street that is kind of “hidden in plain sight” and away from the chaos of the busy intersection. So, although we do have a “for sale” sign, we don’t get much foot traffic. Our listing has had a lot of traction online, but we’re having a hard time getting people to come see the house either in private appointments or in open houses. I’m trying to think of physical bulletin boards or online communities I could post in, since most don’t allow for advertising.
If anyone has ideas to help draw some people in to open houses, that would be helpful too. Is there something that would entice you to attend an open house, in addition to/aside from the house itself? A raffle basket? Free popcorn? A kissing booth with my dog in it?
It would be an awesome place for a small family, a student, a snowbird, or an investor. It’s super close to everything and a very low maintenance house on a quiet street with amazing neighbors. Any ideas would be awesome, thanks !!
