I don't believe my incompetent Yardi admins

Hey all,

I work for property management company that switched from Rent Manager to Yardi Voyager, but the implementation was led by Finance who only gave a shit about setting up the finance side of things, and did an absolute trash job at setting up the property management side of things. They have locked down permissions so my team can't add properties or upload our own template spreadsheets when onboarding parks, and told us that we cannot re-upload data. So we have admin permissions but not really?

Anyway, now they're trying to say that there is no way to re-upload data to override old data, and all data that's been imported into Yardi has to be updated manually.

BE SO FOR REAL RIGHT NOW. There's no way that's true, right? They said we have to submit a ticket if we don't want to do it manually, which we also don't have access to do. They have so little clue of what they're doing, they don't know how to switch our permissions so we can upload... I'm literally just trying to override the dimensions of the units I uploaded. This is a standard practice to upload in order to override with updated info, right?

Punching the air over here, help a girl out
