zio monitor electrode(?) off-center?

I've been wearing a Zio heart monitor patch for about 6 days now. I know the instructions say "avoid sweating" but my job is literally dishwasher, in a humid dish room, and is fairly physically strenuous besides. Yesterday, partway through my shift, I noticed that the black circle that had been centered in both sides of the patch had migrated way off-center in one half. I didn't have time to figure out what was going on, so I pressed the button and made a log entry that I'd noticed the black spot had moved and that I wasn't sure if everything was still connected correctly and collecting good data.

Later when I got home to check on it more thoroughly, it had moved closer to the center again. I still decided to lift that half from the skin to see if I could spot something obviously mechanically wrong or not (and also made another log entry noting what I'd done). It seemed fine, so I pressed it back down and massaged it to get it to stay as best I could, then added some medical tape around some edges, and left it alone for the rest of the night.

This morning, however, it had moved off center yet again, and no amount of massaging to try to push the black goo circle back toward the center is making any difference.

Considering how uncomfortable this patch is, and the fact that I've done 5-6 days of data so far (the nurse who helped apply it said you can wear it "up to 2 weeks" but seemed to strongly imply even just 3 days worth of data would be great), I want to make reasonably sure that continuing to wear this is actually beneficial, y'know? I will absolutely persevere if it's probably still collecting data, but if it's not... well, what's the point in staying uncomfortable, I guess.

the substantive question, then, is:

does it seem like this device is still capturing useful data?

[photo descriptions/explanations

1: the bottom half of my patch, with the black goo spot underneath still centered. there is a darkened ring of adhesive/lint around the outer edge of the patch, where it seems like it has shrunk inward over time.

2: the top half of my patch, yesterday, with the black goo spot located down to the bottom left of the patch area. there is a similar shrinking-inward effect around the edge.

3: the top half of my patch, today, with the black goo spot located straight up from the center, near the edge of the patch. The plastic of the patch looks more puckered/stretched/irregular, probably from all the massaging and attempts to adjust without lifting from the skin]
