Is it my rotations? Combos? Builds are that bad??

I don’t have billets to get better than R2 blackmarrow right now.. but I did just get two copies of dawning frost. Worth leveling??

And yes, I know it’s laggy from time to time, but I don’t think it would make a massive difference?
