MultiAccounts is the worst proxy service I've ever used in my life

My experience with the MultiAccounts service was extremely negative, primarily due to the technical incompetence and rudeness of their tech support. I purchased three mobile proxies from them. The other two proxies worked reliably, but I had constant issues with the third one: it would periodically drop completely, and the speed would plummet to a laughable 250 kbps. Another major drawback was that it was impossible to bypass Outlook captchas – whether via Safari or the app – on any of the proxies from this provider, which undermines trust in these proxies. On top of that, recently captchas have started popping up constantly through them even in Google Search, despite the fact that I’m working from separate physical devices – iPhones – where trust is inherently very high. Checkers like Pixelscan periodically flagged these connections as proxies.

The speed and quality of support communication deserve special attention. When my proxy went down, I had to wait up to 5 hours for a response. By that time, the network might have come back online, and support would say: “Well, everything’s working now, we’re all good.” They simply ignored the fact that the proxy had been down for several hours straight and work had come to a standstill because of it.

When I sent them the test results, things got really absurd. After the proxy went down, I decided to prove it to them using the Proxifier test they had sent me earlier, to which they replied: “This is an internal test from our mobile proxy infrastructure; you can’t perform it without access…” After that, I was completely speechless, since anyone can easily check a proxy’s functionality in Proxifier. Also, when I said I couldn’t pass the Outlook CAPTCHA using their proxies, they said it had nothing to do with the proxy. I’ll add that a proxy from another proxy service didn’t have this problem.

In the end, support basically told me to learn how to use a proxy and not waste either their time or mine. This was despite the fact that the other two proxies were working more or less reliably. I wanted a refund at least for the remaining unused period, since I really wasn’t using that proxy anymore and it was just sitting there. They refused that as well and even claimed that my strategy to get a refund wasn’t reasonable. I didn’t even ask for a full refund. Instead of helping me, they bombarded me with pages of boilerplate rules. I do not recommend this service due to their complete lack of respect for the customer and technical incompetence.
