Hello all,

Wife and I are FTB and we've just received our L3 Survey Report and is as expected - in short, there's more Red and Amber than there is Green. Our solicitors have just emailed confirming they've received the report and the issues have been raised/shared with the seller's solicitors.

My wife and I expected this and happy to continue with the purchase so do I just tell my solicitors that we've reviewed the report, is as-is expected, as are both happy to progress despite the issues raised?
