1 Bedroom needed by 8/1 in Bronzeville/Pilsen/Bridgeport
My husband and I are looking for a 1 bedroom apartment in the areas listed above starting on August 1st. We have a total budget of $1500 for everything. I have a good credit score (720) but my husband is a new immigrant and doesn't have a credit score yet (we are open to having him be an authorized occupant).
-We would like it for it to be near the red line or green line and have some grocery stores nearby since we don't have a car
-We don't have any pets yet but we really want to get a cat
-Laundry in the building is something neither of us want to compromise on
-I would really like a full sized kitchen
Currently we are in a studio in Argyle but we've realized that it's not possible for us to stay in this area with our budget lol but we have to let the company know if we wanna renew by 5/31. I really don't wanna end up being homeless.
Is this realistic or should I just renew my lease?
