I am a California lawyer who retired in good standing, but then went inactive because I’m not practicing in California. I would like to get admitted to the Arizona bar. I can’t petition because I don’t have any grounds such as practicing in a state with reciprocity (how can you even do that if you’re not licensed in that reciprical state?) The bar website info is a bit vague. I would like feedback on the process and advice on the best study guide for this particular situation. And pass rates if available. Thanks!
