REKR shareholders are waiting for a death sentence.

REKR will soon undergo a reverse stock split. After that, it is destined to become a stock characterized by a massive price crash and a cycle of dilution followed by further reverse splits. With the Florida deal failing to materialize and the cash burn continuing unabated, it’s checkmate. It’s about time to get out.

VERI will go to garbage box.

There is a good chance that VERI's stock price could fall below $1. Currently (as of June 2026), it is trading at around $1.43, but its 52-week low was $1.22, meaning it has already fallen to the low $1 range. As a highly volatile micro-cap stock, the risk of further declines is realistic.

Can't evade reverse split!

It's becoming increasingly likely that REKR won't be able to maintain a $1 split by October 26th.

In that case, a reverse split is highly probable.

What ratio will it be? 1/10, 1/100, or something similar?
