it's crazy when fics from forever ago get a comment again
this was one of the first fics i ever wrote for this fandom, it's over 3 years old. i've since written nearly a hundred fics for this fandom and my memory isn't so good that i remember them all. this one is particular was my first fic that got significant interactions when i posted it and then obviously with time was forgotten, UNTIL!!! i received this long, super sweet comment today despite how old the canon setting was (it's for an ongoing show that has since had 3+ more seasons) and it still ended up meaning a lot to the reader! i don't remember anything about this fic but it's so sweet to be proven than ao3 is indeed an archive which i sometimes forget with the current state of things, with people beginning to treat it like social media
