Now I’m concerned this is herpes I’m a huge over thinker and always think of the worse! I’ve never had a cold sore and I’m not sleeping around with anyone I have a girlfriend who I’m exclusive with yes we have a normal sex life and I’ve never seen her with a cold sore I’m wondering is this Angular cheilitis ????? It started off as a crack in the corner of my lip and I’ve been struggling to heal it I find once it heals up I usually crack it back open by eating. Now my concern is I’ve been using so much vaseline and CarMax and I want to say my top lip has been getting irritated but I also am scared it’s herpes! There’s no sores or blisters but I’ve noticed that the crack crust up when it’s “healing” and now my top lip near the crack crust up a bit ? Any advice would help I’m loosing my mind
