I did an AI interview today. I've never done one before. I was not prepared. I tried the practice interview, and it was generic about customer service ("give an example of dealing with a difficult customer," "what draws you to customer service?"). I was not ready for all the technical questions about the actual job. I thought those questions would be reserved for a human interview, but I was wrong. I thought I could casually do the interview before bed, and now I wish I took it more seriously. Don't know if the whole thing went well or if I just tanked my chance of getting this job.

Just wanted to share my experience.
