Thank you for the kind words.

I posted Monday about me going into my 3rd interview for a c-suite EA. I had my 3rd interview Monday, and right after emailed the TA that I was coordinating with about how it went.

Crickets.

Emailed again Wednesday morning to follow up.

When I didn't hear anything by Thursday, I knew I didn't get the job.

Then after 6pm today, Friday, I get the, "We aren't moving forward with you," email. Last minute. On a holiday weekend.

So, there's that.

I'm tired. I'm so tired. Physically. Emotionally. Mentally. I'm stressed. I keep getting more and more added on and am doing more work and supporting more people than anyone else at my company. My kids are home for the summer, and I've been a horrible mom - overstimulated, overwhelmed, a lot of raised voices and I feel awful.

I know c-suite can be... a lot, but supporting 1 person vs 8 people sounded like a dream.

3rd Round Interview and NERVOUS.

I've been an EA for 4 years now. Prior to, I was an administrative assistant for . My current company has been really good, but there's been changes and a big vibe switch over the past 6 or so months.

I reached out to an old coworker who's company is hiring for an EA and she passed my name along. Anyways, I guess everyone has liked me so far because I keep progressing.

I have my 3rd interview today, and if they like me, my next step is with the CEO, and if the CEO likes me, then job offer. BUT I am so beyond nervous for this interview. I hate going into interviews without questions, but every question I could come up with has already been asked and answered, or answered without me having to ask.

This position would be almost double what I'm currently making. Life changing money for my family. I really want it, and I know I would absolutely excel in this position with this company and this executive.

Any good vibes, prayers, whatever you got, please send my way! I'm so nervous. 😅

Air blowing, but no cool air.

(Also posted this is HVACadvice)

Goodman AC

Model #: GSZ160301

16 Seer HP 2.5 ton

My AC unit is 5 years old (mfg dat: 1/1/2021, installed spring of 2021).

Yesterday, we realized that it was abnormally hot in our house, like AC set to 70, but thermostat was reading 75. Outside was maybe 80⁰ as a high.

Air blowing out of our vents at normal speed.

Outside unit fan is running as normal, and fast.

Just no cool air coming from our vents.

We replaced the filter, made sure it was clear around the outdoor unit, turned our system off and set fan to on overnight to thaw in case anything was frozen.

Nothing helped.

Not sure if this is important, but..: Whenever our hvac turns on, our lights do the smallest of flickers (always has), but they only do it when it turns on/off. However, when we turn our system on to see if whatever we did (by the slim chance) worked, our lights flicker every 60 to 90 seconds.

The air coming through the vents still isn't cold. We have window units to help for the time being, but would still like to get our system back to functioning correctly.

Could it be the capacitor? Could it be something else? I have 3 young kids, and we live in the south where temps get offensively hot.

Help.
