Worth it to give up easy/flexible hybrid job for 9% pay bump and more in office days?

In an IC position that’s very chill - manager gives a lot of autonomy, job isn’t difficult, flexible on remote work, so I’m usually in office anywhere from 1-3 days a week (sometimes come in in the afternoon). But I’m quite bored and there’s no upward mobility to get more pay or promotion except for like 2.5% COLAs.

Got an offer for 9% more base pay, tried negotiating but failed (said offer is final, they start folks lower on the pay scale and they can move up based on performance, and tbh Im at the lower end of the YOE for the role). Title is lower, job seems more interesting, but will probably have more work, but doesn’t seem crazy stressful either, and theres potential upward mobility. Benefits are comparable, new job has slightly better PTO and a higher 401k match but slightly worse health plans. Both should be similar in job security (safe).

Worth it to take the new job and give up my current chill but boring job? I’m also fairly young (30 yo) so don’t want my career to stagnate.

Current job:
- 95k base
- 5% match but I’m only 25% vested (have 8k unvested balance now)
- health insurance is free + $1.5k annual HSA employer contribution
- 23 PTO + 13 holidays
- flexible on remote work, but I usually try to be in 1-2 times a weeks at least
- higher on the org chart, but no more promotion opportunities and no regular reviews so unlikely to get significant pay bumps except for COLAs in near future

New job offer:
- 104k base
- 14% match no vesting
- health insurance costs $1.6k annually + $2k employer HSA contribution
- 25 PTO + 14 holidays + 7 sick days
- 4 days in office requirement, 1 day remote (short commute, same as current job)
- lower on the org chart, not as much autonomy, but potential advancement potential (job pay range is 65k and im in the 10th percentile of the range with potential of moving up within the range in year 2)
