We were at Sanja Matsuri in Asakusa. Massive crowd, packed in tight. I was standing in the crowd, and there was a guy sitting down on a ledge next to where I was. I was up on my tippy toes when I noticed something underneath my heel. I looked down and realized his hand was slowly sliding under my heel.

I froze. He probably noticed me looking at him, because he slowly stood up and then moved to stand right behind us.

Was this some kind of kink/fetish thing? Or was he just trying to play it off and get out of an awkward situation? I genuinely can’t tell.
