Help!
Anyone know what this is or how to fix it? Leaves look great till they’re about an inch and then they start turning black. I’ve treated with neem oil and it hasn’t helped.

2020 gx460 price
Been shopping around and considering a 2020 gx460 premium with 49k miles. Clean carfax and sold as a L/certified vehicle with 2 year warranty from a Lexus dealer. OTD price is just under 47k. Is that a reasonable price? Located in Texas.
