Looking for some tips and good training resources and a few questions answered!

Hi there everyone, i'm a cis male so i apologize if i'm intruding or anything, but i came looking for some tips for feminizing my voice/improving my vocal range for the purpose of voice acting. the problem i've found is all the tutorials i've seen online are for really stereotypical e-girl voices for trolling and whatnot, they're comedic impressions essentially. whereas i'm trying to actually improve my range as it's something that i've wanted to work on myself for quite a bit.

my voice isn't exactly deep but it isn't super high pitched either, kinda in the middle. and somewhat monotone, the character i'm looking to voice is a very shy anxious character, the "o-oh i'm s-sorry! i didn't mean to..." type.

i'm mostly looking for resources to help but i also have a couple questions, those being, can anyone get to a point where they're considered "passable", and how much practice/training can i expect to be doing before i start to notice any actual improvement? (i know this question kinda varies from person to person, but a general estimate is enough for me) any and all advice is welcome. thank you for reading!
