I have a file of over 8000 images, which are watermarked : either a center logo, upper-left logo, or as a licence plate (i sell automotive products). Some images can have multiple.

I set this workflow hoping to sort these images via Moondream vision model through Ollama. My plan was to then create different masks for each folder so I can inpaint it with lama.

Workflow runs fine, but every image fall to the « Fallback » output folder. All JSon is set correctly.

I would greatly appreciate any insights and can provide more detail.
