Morez Johnson Jr should be the pick at #10
Meet my draft crush. Forget the mocks, this dude absolutely is rising fast after the combine and the teams he's being connected to - OKC, SAS, TOR and MIA should tell you what kind of player he is. Athletic, tough, 2-way player with a NBA body already and non-stop motor- he looks destined to have a long career in the league. He's going to be a lottery pick - I'm willing to bet on it.
7'4 wingspan with a 39 inch vert, he looked like the best pro prospect on that Michigan team to me. He gets compared a lot to like Beef Stew and Collin Murray Boyles, but I also see a little Bam in his game. He has a decent shot - 35% from 3 and 78% from the line last year, and went off in the shooting drill at the combine. But his defense is where he shines, arguably the best defender in the draft. We could use a little of that with this new regime.
You heard it here first, but get used to it - Morez will be rising up draft boards. Hopefully the Bucks take him at #10, because OKC at #12 and MIA at #13 will if we don't.
