Do you consider yourself to have endo when it hasn't been 100% confirmed, only suspected?
Like most of us I have had pains for years, many doctor visits and etc. I recently got a new doctor, explained my problems and she said it sounds like endo and sent me to a GYNO(might be wrong on the exact title, but another doctor). I had a few ultrasounds and an MRI, and aside from cysts and fibroids they didn't see anything.
My GYNO gave me the option of birth control or going for a lap. I decided to go for the less invasive birth control(pills). I skip the sugar pills, and no longer get periods. Overall its helped a lot and I've decided for now to forgo surgery since the pills are good enough. Pain is still there, especially sneezing is terrible still, but much more manageable now.
I think some of us are in the same boat. Do you consider yourself to have endo if you haven't officially been diagnosed?
