Disney Visa Savings and Uses

Just started planning my next trip Disneyland, before our last trip I signed up for the Disney Visa. I was wondering if anyone had any tips or tricks on how to maximize its benefit. I've primary used it for Shopping on the Disney Store, and for paying for Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN account. I also have visited some of the "exclusive" character meet and greets

This map doesn't count Scotland as its own country, but I certainly do. My wife and I would love advice on where to travel next. We'd like to go somewhere we could spend 2-3 weeks, see at least 2 countries, we value cultural experiences, and the outdoors. We're not rich, but we're also not broke. Trips that have been suggested to us are Netherlands/Belgium/Luxembourg, Thailand/Vietnam, Costa Rica/El Salvador/Guatemala.
