I’m a BBA student and recently had an issue during my IT exam. I completed my paper, but due to LMS problems, I was unable to upload it before the submission deadline. The system was having issues, and despite trying multiple times, the paper would not upload. The next day, I visited the exam cell and requested them to email my paper to the course instructor. However, they keep telling me that they cannot do anything until the teacher visits or responds. I have visited multiple times and received the same answer each time. I’m worried because I completed the exam honestly and have the paper available, but it still hasn’t been forwarded to my instructor, has anyone faced a similar situation? What should I do next? Should I contact the HOD, the department chair, or someone else? Plz reply.

I’m a BBA first-semester student, and my attendance in Ideology is 68%. Will I be allowed to sit for the exam? Please let me know.
