I had my first official NSV today. This awesome text from my sweet neighbor.

I have been feeling a bit down about my progress. I feel pretty good about the number so far as I just hit 40 lbs down. But its felt like it wasnt noticeable. Sure my clothes fit a bit better but that was really about it. My family, friends and even husband havent said anything.

So this motivated to take my first progress pic today. You know what? I see the difference and although its small I am damn proud. Excited to keep going.
