What is this?
Has anyone else received one of these, or have any idea what this could be?
I accepted my PTF position in December, and have not made any changes to any of my benefits since I set them up at the beginning? Today I get home from work to find this in my mailbox saying my benefits changed in May (which I had no part in), and that I owe the post office $182.
