Quit my ~6 years IT job 5 months ago. Company has > 150 full time employees, ignoring my emails regarding legally due gratuity. Tried to submit a complaint through the Samadhan 2.0 portal (https://samadhan.labour.gov.in/) but the form is not working. What are the legal steps to resolving this issue?
My location is Pune. Because the online portal is not working, I may have to file a claim manually. Where in Pune do I do that?
