I've become curious as to what everyones favorite spot on the original island is!

I'm quite fond of the original resort area, specifically around the hotel as well as the bungalows built over the water. I think they are really well done and look like a place you actually would want to go on vacation if the apocalypse hadn't hit there.

I never had issues on this one back when I played with people (back when the original first released) or by myself (Definitive edition) years ago, But I've finally gotten to this mission again after getting the original game again for my partners xbox 360.

Now that I've gotten to this point in the game (Going through Opes village to get to their tomb), it wont let me go to other locations, and its just been a loop of Ope and me dying over and over again with each method I try. I'm going to run out of money to repair my weapons, and run out of ammo pretty soon. Is there anything that I'm just missing here, or have really I just ruined my save?? 🤔

EDIT: my partner just found out that my version does not have the patch that removes the butcher from the horde, and I have no way to download this patch because xbox 360 is no longer online :(

I'm wondering what everyones favprite weapon from the original game is. There are so many good weapons in my opinion so its hard to choose!

I've found myself pretty attached to Maces and Morning stars as of recently :)

I recently bought a disc of my favorite game (the original dead island) at a shop..

This is the ONLY version of the original Dead Island that I cant successfully complete the inventory glitch on.

I've somehow managed to get 14 weapons in, but I cant get any more. Does anyone know of another similar glitch that achieves the same effect? It's honestly the only way I like to play it tbh 😭
