Why would trump want someone who has been hawkish as the fed chair?

I'm trying to make sense of Trump picking Kevin Warsh for Fed Chair. Trump has always been obsessed with low interest rates and "easy money" to keep the stock market pumping. But Warsh is a total inflation hawk who’s been super critical of all the money printing and wants to aggressively shrink the Fed's $6.7T balance sheet.
It feels like a massive contradiction. Why would Trump want a guy whose whole instinct is to tighten the money supply and squeeze Wall Street? Is there some specific theory they actually agree on (like Warsh's take on AI productivity keeping prices down), or is this just a pure political move to get an outsider in charge?
