Where do I go now?

16M So I started working out around January when I was around 59kgs. I’ve been going regularly and seen a significant improvement in general strength and physical appearance. I did a bulk and I’m now around 65kgs. I’m unsure where to go from now however. I’ve got well defined arms and legs but not really much on my abs. I also don’t really have such a narrow waistline. Should I ideally gain a little more and then cut? Or should I cut now
