Should a newer fence (~2 months old) be cleaned with fence wash before applying stain?
I got a new fence toward the end of Feb and it's been pretty rainy where I live until more recently. Now that it's drier and sunnier, I'm planning on staining the fence and I'm wondering if I should also apply a fence cleaner first or if that's more for older fences that have are being re-stained after a few years?
