2026 LDP and Corporate Companies

Posted an AMA yesterday and had many questions about LDPs so I’m sharing a list of companies I considered. Many of these have LDPs but some only hire for regular corporate MBA jobs:

Adobe, AB InBev, American Airlines, American Express, Amazon, AT&T, Bank of America, Caterpillar, Charles Schwab, Chevron, Cigna, Citi, ConocoPhillips, DaVita, Dell, Delta, Dick’s Sporting Goods, DTE Energy, Estée Lauder, Fidelity, Google, HP, Johnson & Johnson, JPMorgan, Kimberly-Clark, Kraft, Marriott, Medtronic, Microsoft, Nike, NRG, PepsiCo, Phillips 66, Target, TIAA, UnitedHealth Group, UPS, Vanguard, Visa, Walmart

Feel free to add more in the comments. Hope this helps!

AMA: freshly minted 2026 grad

MBA '26 grad with some free time after graduation and here to give honest answers. Was making over $150k before MBA and will be joining an LDP this fall.

I didn't always love the vibe of my school or how it was run but I don't regret prioritizing scholarship money. You should do the same.

Throwaway so most things are fair game other than naming the school or employer. Happy to discuss applications, school selection, recruiting, whether an MBA is worth it, LDPs, or anything else. Ask away.
