Looking for Real Estate Agent
Hello! I am looking for a good real estate agent who specializes in land, somewhere in the Fairbanks area. Does anyone have a person they would recommend?
I have some fairly specific requirements for what I am looking for- I am a semi truck driver, and am planning on building a home/shop that can be accessed by the truck (somewhat) easily. Therefore it would need to be a piece of land not too far off a highway or major road, that a truck is legally allowed to access. Not worried about building my own road/driveway to fit my specifications, as long as it can connect with a legal truck route. Having trouble finding this on my own, as I unfortunately still live in the lower 48 and am not too familiar with the area.
Born and bred in Montana, and am well aware of the snow and ice issues I will come across with the truck. :)
Any recommendations for real estate agents to help me along with this would be great! Thanks.
