27F and been single most of my life but had some experience with foreplay before, I’m trying to sin less and become more closer to God but every time my period is about to come, I suddenly have the urge to do it, I feel stuck in a cycle cuz I can usually control my urges on normal days but a week before, during, and after my period, it’s so hard :(

How do you guys stop yourself, for me it usually happens when I’m half asleep / half awake in bed early in the morning. I feel sad that I sin first thing in the morning :(
