When a >!police officer was questioning Wilson about where House could be!<, Wilson said that he'd be in a bar which matches his mood, but assumed that he'd be in a gloomy bar. Then when >!House crashes his car into Cuddy's home!<, he tells Wilson that he feels much better and then we see him in a beach bar, which does match his mood.
