Thank you to the kind hearted people of Liverpool!

My wife and I are visiting Liverpool from Canada. We accidentally left a bag in the taxi when we were dropped off at our hotel. The bag contained an iPad, headphones, jewelry and other personal items. We realized our mistake when we got into our room and of course the taxi was gone. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. The Security staff at the neighbouring business searched their CCTV footage and the number of the cab. Before we could contact the cab company, the cab driver contacted the hotel. His next passengers found the bag and told him about it. He drove back to the hotel to deliver it to us.

The help and the honesty of everyone involved turned a terrible situation into a heartwarming one.

Thank you Liverpool!

I own a single condo unit in an 80 unit building where about 65 of the units are owner occupied. I have had two special assessments (total $6800) for balcony and roof repairs, and an extraordinary municipal tax increase (4%).

AI Chatbot tells me not to bother applying because the LTB formula will round the calculation down to 0. It believes that LTB will treat this as if I own all 80 units but am only applying to increase rent on one unit. This makes no sense to me.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Been successful with a AGI?

Thanks in advance.
