There has been work going on for months now renovating the building interior that used to be LA Fitness. Anybody know what it’s going to be used for?

Looking for advice on what to do with my pool filter.
Hello,
I’m hoping for some advice on what to do with my pool filter. It’s just over 10 years old and the cartridges need replacing, but I cannot find replacements outside of a 3rd party on Amazon selling a replacement for $1,000.
My filter is a Sta-Rite System 3 (S8M600). Has this model been discontinued and replaced with something newer? I feel like if my only option is to spend over 1k for replacement cartridges then I might as well upgrade the entire filter, housing and all, to a newer model.
Appreciate any insight this community may have.

What’s being built on Baseline East of 24th St?
There’s a plot of land just east of the Chase bank on the north side of Baseline and in the last few weeks they’ve started to do work in there. Anybody know what’s being built?
