Best beach clubs + restaurants near Porto Cervo in July?

Hi

I’m planning a trip to Sardinia in July and will be staying in poltu quatu near Porto Cervo

I’m trying to decide on the best beach club to book — right now I’m considering Nikki Beach or Vesper Beach Club, but I’ve been hearing really mixed reviews about Nikki Beach.

Also are there any new beach clubs opening this summer that are worth checking out?

I’d also love restaurant recommendations around Porto Cervo / Costa Smeralda. I know the area is pretty touristy, but I’m looking for a mix of bougie spots, hidden gems, and more local eats — great food, good vibe, pretty setting, or anything you think is actually worth it.

Is zuma worth checking out ? Some friends are telling me to go cause they have a good party vibes after? but I’ve been to the one in capri and other locations so doesn’t seem interesting to me

Thank you!

Can’t decide which planner ?! Help

Hi

Im currently trying to decide between 3 wedding planners and I’m honestly stuck 😭 Would love some outside opinions from people who have planned destination weddings.

Planner 1 honestly feels the most “me.” I actually realized I kept pinning weddings she planned on Pinterest before I even knew it was her work. Her aesthetic is exactly what I want, she’s super easy to talk to, and I feel like she naturally understands my vision. She also does flat fee pricing and was very transparent about additional expenses/travel costs.

Planner 2 also has an aesthetic I really love and I feel like we clicked really well personality-wise. She’s Italian but based in London, so I feel like she understands Americans and how we work lol, which makes communication feel really smooth. She understands my vision and communication feels really easy. My only hesitation is that her pricing is percentage-based on the overall budget, and when I asked about additional expenses, she couldn’t really give me even a rough ballpark which made me a little nervous.

Planner 3 feels like the strongest logistically. She’s extremely experienced in the exact region, very organized/type A, and local to the area so travel expenses would probably be much lower. The only thing is her portfolio isn’t naturally the aesthetic I’m drawn to, although during our conversations she seemed to really understand my mood board and felt excited about it.

Would you prioritize the planner whose aesthetic already naturally matches your vision, or the planner who seems strongest operationally/logistically?

Asian Bridal Makeup Artist Recommendations in Tuscany or Italy?

Hi!

I’m looking for a makeup artist based in Tuscany or elsewhere in Italy who has experience working with Asian clients and understands our features.

I’m also trying to avoid crazy travel expenses if possible!

I know there was another post about this a couple of years ago, but I wanted to see if anyone has any new recommendations. Thanks!

Hi

I can’t decide if I should spend about 2 days in Cannes and then go to St. Tropez for 3 days. I’ve been to St. Tropez before and loved it, but I’ve never been to Cannes, so I’m wondering if I should check it out or just spend more time in St. Tropez instead.

What else is there to do in Cannes? I have reservations at La Guérite, so is it worth staying there for that?

Heading to St. Tropez the first week of September.
