Need to get down to the ground this week!!!
after fully stretching out my body I am around 5 inches/18cm away from being flat in my second splits (when pushed against a wall). I have an audition in 5 days and I just found out they want to see second splits. Any advice to get my legs flat in second position/middle splits by Saturday???
(I have both my front splits already).
also I need to be flexible enough to move into second splits without a wall pushing my legs back.
