So I received 2 youth cautions at the age of 16 (arson and assault) but was never sentenced and was placed on youth offenders programme.can I still get an esta or is that just me noy being able to travel to America as my mates birthday is in feburary 2027. I am currently 17 almost 18 if that matters. Any help is massively appreciated :)
