Hello.

I am currently living in Scotland and had been trying to write a proposal for a charity project involving (predominantly civilian) maritime equipment and provisions surplus in order to apply for a viability assessment with the local food network. However, I am inexperienced with the logistic system language which I require in order to properly communicate the intent behind the proposal and consequently ensure its highest chance of success.

I am a graduate from Swansea University who is currently working on a charity project involving certain aspects of the maritime industry - primarily focused on the harbour side of the topic.

I do not need a lot of information. Simply looking for a consultation concerning certain legal language and terms of the drawn plan in order for the proposal to have a more professional look.
