Parents’ shower has gone unused for +10 years
Helping out my parents and could use advice on whether this can be salvaged.
Townhouse from the 70s, this particular shower hasn’t been ran for easily 10 years. It’s missing a drain, so my dad said he took a vacuum to it and sucked out a ton of rust. He wants me to clean it out and then put a new drain on it.
I could take some wire brush to clean and maybe find a snap fit drain?
I am worried about the integrity of the pipe, any thoughts?
