Hypothetically, let’s say someone wants to quit BMcD at the end of this year to start a new role in January, but still wanted to receive their hard earned bonus, ESOP cash, and use the next year’s 2 floating holidays. If they were to put a 30 day notice sometime in December, is there a likelihood that the company would expedite this persons off boarding in order to make them ineligible to receive any of these benefits?

(Must be employed through the last day of the calendar year to receive bonus for example)

Sounds petty, but the corporate world can be pretty cutthroat. Hypothetically, of course.
Anybody have any experience to share with this?
