Order cancelled multiple times
Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me figure out my issue. I used to have the shop app linked to my number/email and I tried ordering from the website numerous times and it keeps getting cancelled:( I don’t want to order from the tiktok shop, because they don’t have everything I want. Any advice?
-Ive asked rhode customer service but they were no help. Basically said they can’t do anything
