Need some guidance about long runs. When should you add specific MP into your long run?

Currently base building for an upcoming marathon in October. My longest run so far has been 23km. This weekend I plan to run 25km. All easy Z2.

When I should I start adding MP segments? Should I keep increasing my long run mileage to 30-32 km first?

My training right now is: 2 easy runs, 1 threshold session, 1 vo2max session and 1 long run. If I start adding speed into my long runs should I ditch 1 speed workout during the week? That would be too much intensity right?

Advices, suggestions?

I just ran a 1:34:15 HM and I have a hard time deciding on a time goal for my first upcoming marathon

Just some infos about me: I'm 35M and I've been running for 2 years and half. Running 5 days a week and averaging 50-60km/week. My longest run has been 23km.

I used a VDOT Calculator with my recent HM time and it predict my marathon time could be 3:16:00 (4:39/km). I find this prediction very agressive and I'm doubtful.

I thought about running the first half at 5:00/km and then increase the pace accordingly. I don't want to hit the famous wall. Thoughts?
