I want to start reading, but my site seems to have bloom into you with 45.5 chapters and another one with 115 chapters. Is there a difference, and which one do i read? The site also seems to have the anthology, do i read that after having finished bloom into you?

Hi guys i just binged read and caught up to chapter 48.1 but i was just wondering, when did we see saki's recital performance? Im reading on mangafire but the only way i saw parts of the recital at all were through flashbacks in a few panels. Does mangafire not have the chapter? Or was her performance really just skipped and ran through flashbacks?
