The Haven has terrible music on the weekends

The Haven the new restaurant/ lounge on Main St in SONO is operating as an open air night club on the weekends when they don't have the permits for it. And man they have a terrible dj. He blasts shitty music from the early 2000's thinking he needs a giant subwoofer for it, and gets on the mic thinking he's funk master flex and shouts, you can hear it from down the block. I live 2 blocks away and I can hear it in my apt. I've heard other people from other buildings complain about it too. One neighbor with kids said her toddlers crib shakes in her apt from the subwoofer and now she has to move because of the noise and spend a bunch of money. I feel bad for her. Other than that the place is good, nice roof and good food, but they really shouldn't be operating as a nightclub when their roof is on a comically low floor. Thoughts?

EDIT:
Also, the issue is they start the dj at 10pm on weekends and it gets increasingly louder until 2 AM. One of my neighbors works as a professional in audio and measured the decibel level in their apt and it was 76- 80db with the windows closed. So prob over 100db coming from The Haven.

I know there have been noise complaints to the Norwalk Police Dept. But from what I know they go over tell them to turn it down, they do for 5 mins and blast it again. Also I've heard the dj scream on the mic "the neighbors are haters" prob because there was a complaint. So they have zero respect for the people living in the neighborhood.

Also, if you've ever been there it makes no sense that the dj is facing directly towards the streets where apts are, the place is huge, put him in the back or move the party indoors with the dj, they have a huge, open, unused space on the first floor. Theres no logic to what they're doing now.
