1/4 oz passion fruit syrup 52 brix

1 dash tiki bitters

Optional: 1–2 drops saline

Method: Shake hard with ice, double strain into coupe or Nick and nora or rocks over crushed ice.

I know it's Cinco de mayo and tequila is people's choice liquor but here me out .... Who cares. Just have fun and be safe out there. Don't let anyone tell you what to drink just allow them to make recommendations.

Here is mine.

2 oz blanco rum I used Don Q crystal

3/4 homemade watermelon syrup. It's 57 brix for those of you who to know. I used 470g of watermelon and 500g of white sugar cane. Double strained. Once through a milk bag and then thru a coffee filter.

1 oz of lime. I used pseudo juice.

Shake hard in a shaker with ice and pour into a coupe.

Garnish with watermelon if you have it and mint or basil.

Well this completely floored me on how good it was. Flast week I made a french gimlet and it was ok. It made me start diving some into elderflower and this one dropped on my lap...top..

It's a riff on the corpse reviver 2 but swaps the lillet/ cocci Americano or other Italian aromatized, fortified wine aperitif with elderflower ( I used St Germaine). This is all equal parts except for the absinthe rinse.

3/4 oz of

St germaine/ elderflower liquer

Cointreu

Lemon juice

Gin ( I used botanist)

Shake with ice and double strain into a absinthe rinsed cocktail glass of your choice. I used a Nick and Nora. Garnish with a lemon peel if you wish. This is a Complete banger.
