Experiences with tension headaches
I have massively cut down on caffeine since last year. Previously, I would drink caffeine from the moment I woke up, until bed time.
I still consume caffeine (2 cups of black coffee, 3 cups of black tea), but I aim to stop drinking it by 3pm each day.
What I have noticed in this time is that I have been experiencing tension headaches. I am often getting them in the evenings, and often am woken up during the night due to the tension headaches.
Has anyone else experiences tension headaches after such a long time after reducing caffeine (I am on month 5 of my reduced consumption)? Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? Should I be looking to reduce my consumption further, or have I reduced too much by stopping earlier in the day?
